分账本 帮助与支持
和朋友一起旅行、合租、聚餐时，把共同的支出记进同一个群组，分账本会算出谁欠谁、欠多少，再给出转账次数最少的结清方案。

开始使用
- 新建群组：首页点“新建群组”，填名称、货币和一起分账的人。
- 邀请朋友：进入群组，点右上角的邀请按钮，把邀请链接或二维码发给朋友。朋友装好 App 后点链接就能加入；没装 App 也可以直接在浏览器里打开链接用网页版。
- 选“你是哪位”：加入后点一下自己的名字，首页和结余里就会显示“你应收 / 你应付”。
- 记一笔：填金额、谁付的、怎么分（均分、按金额、按比例、按份数，也支持几个人一起付）。外币会按当天的汇率自动折成群组的货币。
- 结清：在“结余”里看最少转账方案，转账后点“记录”，全部结清时会盖一个“已结清”的章。
常见问题
谁能看到我的账？
只有拿到群组邀请链接的人。请只把链接发给群组成员。详见隐私政策。
没网的时候能记账吗？
可以。没网时记的账先存在手机上，联网后自动上传。“设置 → 同步”里能看到还有几条没上传。
换了手机或者重装了 App，群组不见了怎么办？
请群组里的朋友再发一次邀请链接，打开后重新加入，再选一次“你是哪位”。账目都在服务器上，不会丢。
怎么删除群组？
建群的人在首页把群组左滑，点“删除”；或者进入群组 → 右上角设置 → “删除群组”。删除后所有人都看不到了，不能恢复。不是建群的人可以选“离开”，只从自己手机上移除。如果建群的手机已经不在了，请把邀请链接发邮件给我们，我们帮你删除。
为什么有的成员不能移除？
已经有账目的成员不能移除，免得账算不平。可以先删掉或修改和他有关的账。
提示“操作太频繁了”？
为了防止滥用，服务器限制了短时间内的改动次数和新建群组的数量。等一会儿再试就好，没上传的账会留在手机上自动重试。
能用自己的服务器吗？
可以。如果你自己运行了分账本的服务端，在“设置 → 服务器”里粘贴它打印的服务器链接，之后新建的群组就存在你自己的服务器上。
Split Notebook Support
On a trip, in a shared flat or over dinner with friends, put your shared expenses in one group. Split Notebook works out who owes whom and how much, then suggests the fewest transfers to settle up.

Email us with problems, suggestions, reports of inappropriate content or data deletion requests. We usually reply within 3 business days. When reporting a problem, please include the app version (Settings → About) and your iOS version.
Getting started
- Create a group: tap New Group on the home screen and enter a name, the currency and the people sharing costs.
- Invite friends: open the group, tap the invite button at the top right, and send the invite link or QR code. Friends with the app tap the link to join; without the app they can open the link in a browser and use the web version.
- Pick who you are: after joining, tap your own name so the app can show what you are owed or owe.
- Add an expense: enter the amount, who paid and how to split it (equally, by exact amounts, by percentages or by shares; several people can pay together). Foreign currencies are converted to the group's currency at that day's exchange rate.
- Settle up: Balances shows the fewest transfers needed. Tap Record after paying; when everything is settled the ledger gets a “Settled” stamp.
FAQ
Who can see my expenses?
Only people who have the group's invite link. Please share it only with the group's members. See the privacy policy.
Can I add expenses offline?
Yes. Expenses added offline are saved on your phone and uploaded when you are back online. Settings → Sync shows how many changes are still waiting.
I got a new phone or reinstalled the app and my groups are gone.
Ask a friend in the group to send the invite link again, open it to rejoin, and pick who you are. Everything is stored on the server, so nothing is lost.
How do I delete a group?
The person who created it can swipe left on the group on the home screen and tap Delete, or open the group → settings at the top right → Delete Group. It disappears for everyone and can't be recovered. Other members can choose Leave, which only removes it from their own phone. If the phone that created the group is gone, email us the invite link and we will delete it for you.
Why can't I remove a member?
Members who already have expenses can't be removed, so the ledger stays balanced. Delete or edit their expenses first.
It says “Too many changes in a short time”.
To prevent abuse, the server limits how many changes and new groups can be made in a short time. Wait a moment and try again; unsent expenses stay on your phone and are retried automatically.
Can I use my own server?
Yes. If you run your own Split Notebook server, paste the server link it prints into Settings → Server. Groups you create afterwards are stored on your server.
