生效日期：2026 年 10 月 14 日 · 适用于 iPhone 和 iPad 上的“梦境记录”App（8.3 版及之后版本）

你的梦境文字、录音、转录和插图保存在你自己的设备上。
我们不运营任何服务器，App 不会把任何数据发送给我们，我们也看不到你的梦境。
无需注册账号；没有广告、没有数据分析、没有跟踪，App 不包含任何第三方 SDK。
iCloud 同步默认关闭。开启后，数据保存在你自己 iCloud 账号的 CloudKit 私有数据库中，我们无法读取。
只有在你主动使用相应功能时，内容才会交给 Apple 的系统服务；交给 OpenAI（经 Apple 的 ChatGPT 扩展）或其他 AI App 之前，App 会先说明发送什么、发送给谁，并征得你的同意。

1. 谁提供本 App

“梦境记录”（Dream Journal）由个人开发者 Zhi Guo 以 JuiceLab 品牌开发和发布（App Store 上显示的开发者为 Zhi Guo，下称“我们”）。本政策说明 App 会处理哪些信息、这些信息保存在哪里，以及你可以如何控制它们。

Apple 智能、Image Playground、ChatGPT 扩展等功能是否可用，取决于你的设备、系统版本、语言，以及 Apple 在你所在国家或地区提供的服务。

2. 保存在设备上的数据

为实现记录、回看和整理，App 在你的设备上保存：

你输入的梦境文字、录音（M4A 文件）和语音转录；
标题、摘要、反思、标签，以及你从第三方 AI 导入的回复；
梦境插图（JPEG 文件）和每条记录的创建与修改时间；
设置：界面语言、转录语言、自动化选项、iCloud 同步状态与进度，以及 Apple 为本 App 生成的 iCloud 账号标识符（仅用于发现 iCloud 账号是否变化）。

这些数据存放在 App 自己的存储空间中，受 iOS 数据保护机制保护，不会发送给我们。如果你为设备开启了 iCloud 云备份或电脑备份，这些数据也会按 Apple 的机制包含在设备备份中。

3. 我们不收集的数据

我们不运营梦境存储服务器或任何其他服务器，App 不会向我们发送梦境内容、录音、使用情况或设备信息。
App 没有账号系统，不会要求你的 Apple 账号密码。
App 不包含广告、数据分析、崩溃统计或其他第三方 SDK，不跨 App 或网站跟踪你，也不出售或出租任何数据。
App 不请求位置、通讯录、相机、照片或通知权限。

如果你在 iOS 中选择“与 App 开发者共享”分析数据，Apple 可能按其政策向我们提供汇总的使用统计和崩溃报告；这由你的系统设置控制，不包含梦境内容。本网页本身不使用 Cookie 或统计脚本，网页托管服务商可能按其政策记录访问日志。

4. 可选的 iCloud 同步

iCloud 同步默认关闭，你可以在 App 的“设置 → iCloud 同步”中开启或关闭。
开启后，App 通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 把梦境保存到你自己 iCloud 账号中的私有数据库，占用你的 iCloud 储存空间，并在登录同一 Apple 账号的 iPhone 和 iPad 之间同步。
梦境文字、转录、整理结果、标签和导入的回复保存在 CloudKit 加密字段中；录音和插图以 CloudKit 资产文件保存，由 Apple 加密存储。随机生成的记录标识、记录类型、删除标记和修改时间等少量不含梦境内容的元数据用于同步。
我们无法访问你的私有数据库。数据的存储、加密和传输由 Apple 负责，并适用 Apple 的隐私政策和 iCloud 条款。
App 通过 CloudKit 的静默推送得知其他设备上的更改。推送不含梦境内容，也不会显示通知。
如果设备上的 iCloud 账号发生变化，同步会暂停，避免把一个账号的数据上传到另一个账号。

5. 语音转录

录音转文字使用 Apple 的 Speech（语音识别）框架，需要你授予“语音识别”权限。
在 iOS 26 及以上版本，App 优先在设备上识别；首次使用某种语言时，系统可能需要先从 Apple 下载语言资源。设备端识别不可用时（包括在 iOS 17 和 iOS 18 上），App 会改用 Apple 的语音识别服务，此时录音可能被发送到 Apple 的服务器处理。
为提高准确度，这条梦已有的标题和标签（英文转录时还包括已有文字中的部分单词）会作为提示词一起提供给语音识别。
Apple 对语音数据的处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。你可以在“设置 → 录音与转录”关闭“录音后自动转文字”。

6. Apple 设备端语言模型

在 iOS 26 及以上、已开启 Apple 智能的兼容设备上，App 使用 Apple Foundation Models 框架提供的设备端语言模型生成标题、摘要、反思和标签建议，也用它为插图生成场景描述（见第 7 节）。这些处理在你的设备上完成，App 不会为此把内容发送到任何服务器，也不使用 OpenAI 或其他云端 AI 接口。你可以在“设置 → 自动整理与解读”关闭自动整理。

整理与解读结果仅供记录和自我反思，不构成医疗、心理或其他专业诊断。

7. 梦境插图（Image Playground）

只有当你在梦境详情页点“生成梦境插图”或“重新生成”时，App 才会打开 Apple 的 Image Playground 面板。该功能需要 iOS 18.1 或更高版本、支持 Apple 智能的设备，并已开启 Image Playground。

交给面板的提示：在 iOS 26 及以上且设备端模型可用时，App 先在设备上把这条梦改写成简短的场景描述（要求模型不写人物）和几个关键词。如果无法改写（例如系统版本较早或模型不可用），提示为这条梦的摘要（没有摘要时为原文，最多约 1,200 字）、标题和前三个标签；只有检测到梦境语言与设备语言不同时，面板才为空，由你自行输入。你可以在面板中查看和修改提示、选择风格。
Apple 风格（如素描、插画、动画）：由 Apple 在设备上或通过 Apple 私有云计算（Private Cloud Compute）处理，具体取决于系统版本，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
ChatGPT 风格：在 iOS 26 及以上版本，第一次生成插图前，App 会说明 ChatGPT 风格会发送什么（插图面板里的画面描述，文字形式，通常是不含人物的场景描述）、发送给谁（OpenAI，经 Apple 的 ChatGPT 扩展），并询问你是否使用。只有你选择“允许，默认用 ChatGPT”后，面板才会提供并默认选中 ChatGPT 风格；面板里是梦境摘要或原文时仍默认素描风格，只有你自己改选 ChatGPT 风格才会发送。选择“只用 Apple 风格”则不提供 ChatGPT 风格，不会发送给 OpenAI。这一选择可随时在“设置 → 第三方 AI”中更改。该风格还需要你已在系统设置中启用 ChatGPT 扩展；中国大陆 App Store 的用户不提供 ChatGPT 风格。发送给 OpenAI 的内容用于生成这张图片。Apple 说明，未登录 ChatGPT 账号时 OpenAI 不会保存这些请求；登录后适用你的 ChatGPT 账号设置和 OpenAI 的隐私政策。使用这一功能时，App 本身不直接连接 OpenAI，请求由 Apple 的 ChatGPT 扩展发送。
如果你不希望内容发送给 OpenAI，可以在“设置 → 第三方 AI”中关闭“插图使用 ChatGPT 风格”，在面板中改选 Apple 的风格，或在系统“设置 → Apple 智能与 Siri”中关闭 ChatGPT 扩展。
生成的插图以 JPEG 文件保存在设备上；开启 iCloud 同步后也会保存到你的 iCloud，并会包含在你导出的备份中。你可以随时用“删除插图”删除。

只有当你在“使用其他 AI 解读”页面点“分享到其他 AI 软件”“复制提示词并分享录音”或“复制提示词并打开 ChatGPT”（中国大陆 App Store 为“复制提示词”），并在随后出现的确认框中点“同意并发送”后，内容才会离开 App。确认框会按你当前的选择列出将发送的内容（梦境原文或转录、本地整理的摘要、标签、记录时间或原始录音，以及整理说明）和接收方（你在系统分享面板中选择的 AI App 及其服务提供方，例如 OpenAI 的 ChatGPT、Anthropic 的 Claude；“复制提示词并打开 ChatGPT”对应 OpenAI；“复制提示词”对应你粘贴提示词的 AI App 及其服务提供方）。点“取消”则什么都不发送。你也能在发送前预览全部内容。发送是为了让对方生成你请求的整理和解读；对方如何保存和使用，由其隐私政策和你在对方账号中的设置决定。
录音模式只把原始 M4A 文件交给系统分享面板，不附带转录；提示词会单独复制到剪贴板。“复制提示词并打开 ChatGPT”会把提示词复制到剪贴板，并打开 ChatGPT App（未安装时在浏览器中打开 chatgpt.com）；中国大陆 App Store 的用户看到的是只复制、不打开其他 App 的“复制提示词”。
App 复制的提示词只放在本机剪贴板，不会通过 Apple 的通用剪贴板同步到你的其他设备，并在 30 分钟后自动失效。
我们只把内容交给你在确认框中同意的接收方。App 指名的接收方是 OpenAI（“复制提示词并打开 ChatGPT”会打开 OpenAI 的 ChatGPT App 或 chatgpt.com；OpenAI 隐私政策）以及分享面板中常见的 Anthropic（Claude；Anthropic 隐私政策）。内容由你在对方的 App 或网站中发送，在你自己的账号下处理，可能保存在对话记录中。这两家都公开承诺不出售个人数据，并允许你在账号的数据设置中选择是否用对话改进模型；我们确认它们对这些内容提供的保护不低于本政策和 App Store 审核指南的要求。对于你在分享面板中自行选择的其他 App，内容由你直接交给该 App，适用其隐私政策和条款。内容交出后，我们无法控制或删除。
每次从该页面分享或复制后，当你返回 App 且该页面仍打开时，如果剪贴板内容在分享后发生了变化，App 会读取一次剪贴板，以便自动导入 AI 回复中的 JSON 结果；iOS 可能会询问是否允许粘贴。读取一次后，App 不会再读取剪贴板，直到你再次分享或复制。导入的内容只保存在这条梦中（开启同步时也会同步），不会发送给我们。

9. 备份文件

在“设置 → 备份与恢复 → 导出全部梦境”，App 会生成一个 zip 文件，包含全部梦境文字、整理结果、标签、导入的回复、原始录音和插图。该文件没有加密或密码保护，请妥善保管。
由你决定把它存到哪里（例如“文件”App、iCloud 云盘、隔空投送或其他 App），存放位置适用相应服务的政策。App 只在临时目录中保留最近一次导出的副本，供分享面板使用。
“从备份恢复”只读取你选择的文件，并把设备上还没有的梦境添加回来，不会覆盖已有记录。

10. 系统权限

麦克风：用于录下梦境。开始录音后，锁屏或切到其他 App 时会继续录音，直到你点结束；录音期间 iOS 会显示录音指示。
语音识别：用于把录音转成文字。
文件：恢复备份时，只读取你在系统文件选择器中选中的文件。

你可以随时在 iOS 的“设置 → 隐私与安全性”中撤销麦克风或语音识别权限；撤销后已有记录不受影响。

11. 保留与删除

设备上的数据会一直保留，直到你删除它。在梦境详情页的“更多操作”菜单选择“删除记录”，会从本机删除这条梦及其录音和插图；开启同步时，也会从你的 iCloud 删除（仅保留一个不含梦境内容的删除标记），其他设备在下次同步时删除对应记录。你也可以单独删除某段内容或某张插图。
在“设置 → iCloud 同步 → 删除全部云端数据”，可以删除你 iCloud 中本 App 的全部梦境、录音和插图。其他同步设备会在下次同步时删除这些梦境；执行删除的设备保留本机副本并关闭同步。为防止离线设备重新上传旧内容，你的 iCloud 中会保留少量不含梦境内容的删除标记（记录标识、删除状态和时间）。
删除 App 会删除设备上的全部数据（包括尚未同步的内容），但不会删除 iCloud 中的数据；如需删除云端数据，请先在 App 中操作。你也可以通过 Apple 的 iCloud 储存空间管理功能管理 iCloud 数据。
你导出的备份文件和分享给第三方的内容不在 App 管理范围内，需要你自行删除。
由于我们不持有你的任何数据，我们无法替你查看、恢复或删除数据。

12. 儿童与未成年人

本 App 并非面向儿童设计。我们不收集任何用户（包括儿童）的个人信息。未成年人（中国大陆为未满 14 周岁，其他地区为未满 13 周岁或当地法律规定的相应年龄）应在父母或其他监护人的同意和指导下使用本 App，以及 Apple 和第三方提供的相关服务。

13. 你的选择与权利

你的数据保存在你的设备和你自己的 iCloud 中，你可以直接在 App 中查看、修改、导出（备份）和删除，也可以随时关闭 iCloud 同步、自动转录、自动整理和系统权限。对于交给 Apple、OpenAI 或其他第三方的数据，请按照对方提供的方式行使你的权利。这些服务可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。

14. 政策变更

如果 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面并修改顶部的生效日期；如有重大变更，我们会在可行时通过 App 更新说明或 App 内提示告知。

Dream Journal Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026 · Applies to the Dream Journal app (梦境记录) for iPhone and iPad, version 8.3 and later

Your dream text, recordings, transcripts, and illustrations are stored on your own device.
We run no servers. The app sends no data to us, and we cannot see your dreams.
No account is required. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and the app contains no third-party SDKs.
iCloud sync is off by default. When you turn it on, data is stored in the CloudKit private database of your own iCloud account, which we cannot read.
Content goes to Apple's system services only when you use the related feature. Before anything goes to OpenAI (through Apple's ChatGPT extension) or another AI app, the app tells you what will be sent and to whom, and asks for your permission.

1. Who provides the app

Dream Journal (梦境记录) is developed and published by Zhi Guo, an individual developer, under the JuiceLab brand (the App Store lists the developer as Zhi Guo; "we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is stored, and how you control it.

Whether Apple Intelligence, Image Playground, or the ChatGPT extension is available depends on your device, system version, language, and the services Apple offers in your country or region.

2. Data stored on your device

To let you capture, review, and organize dreams, the app stores the following on your device:

Dream text you enter, recordings (M4A files), and speech transcripts.
Titles, summaries, reflections, tags, and replies you import from third-party AI apps.
Dream illustrations (JPEG files) and the creation and modification time of each entry.
Settings: app language, transcription language, automation options, iCloud sync status and progress, and an app-specific iCloud account identifier provided by Apple, used only to detect when the iCloud account changes.

This data lives in the app's own storage, is protected by iOS Data Protection, and is never sent to us. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your device to a computer, this data is included in those device backups as handled by Apple.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not operate a dream storage server or any other server. The app does not send us dream content, recordings, usage data, or device information.
There is no account system, and the app never asks for your Apple Account password.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or other third-party SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent any data.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, photos, or notifications.

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS, Apple may provide us with aggregated usage statistics and crash reports under Apple's policies. This is controlled by your system settings and contains no dream content. This web page uses no cookies or analytics scripts; the hosting provider may keep access logs under its own policy.

4. Optional iCloud sync

iCloud sync is off by default. You can turn it on or off in the app under Settings → iCloud Sync.
When it is on, the app uses Apple's CloudKit to store your dreams in the private database of your own iCloud account. This counts toward your iCloud storage and syncs between iPhone and iPad devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
Dream text, transcripts, organization results, tags, and imported replies are stored in CloudKit encrypted fields. Recordings and illustrations are stored as CloudKit asset files, which Apple stores encrypted. A small amount of metadata with no dream content (randomly generated record identifiers, record types, deletion flags, and modification times) is used for syncing.
We cannot access your private database. Apple is responsible for storing, encrypting, and transmitting this data, and Apple's Privacy Policy and iCloud terms apply.
The app learns about changes from your other devices through CloudKit silent push notifications. These contain no dream content and display nothing.
If the iCloud account on the device changes, sync pauses so that one account's data is never uploaded to another.

5. Speech transcription

Transcription uses Apple's Speech framework and requires Speech Recognition permission.
On iOS 26 and later, the app prefers on-device recognition; the first time a language is used, the system may need to download language assets from Apple. When on-device recognition is not available (including on iOS 17 and iOS 18), the app uses Apple's speech recognition service instead, and your recording may be sent to Apple's servers for processing.
To improve accuracy, the entry's existing title and tags (and, for English, some words already in the entry) are provided to speech recognition as hints.
Apple's Privacy Policy applies to how Apple handles speech data. You can turn off Auto-transcribe recordings under Settings → Recording & Transcription.

6. Apple's on-device language model

On compatible devices running iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on, the app uses the on-device language model provided by Apple's Foundation Models framework to suggest titles, summaries, reflections, and tags, and to write scene descriptions for illustrations (see section 7). This processing happens on your device. The app does not send this content to any server for it and does not use OpenAI or any other cloud AI API. You can turn off automatic organization under Settings → Automatic Organization & Interpretation.

Organization and interpretation results are for journaling and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, or other professional advice or diagnosis.

7. Dream illustrations (Image Playground)

The app opens Apple's Image Playground sheet only when you tap Create Illustration or Create Another on a dream's detail page. This requires iOS 18.1 or later, a device that supports Apple Intelligence, and Image Playground turned on.

What the sheet receives: On iOS 26 and later, when the on-device model is available, the app first restates the dream on your device as a short scene description (the model is instructed to leave out people), plus a few keywords. If that is not possible (for example, on an earlier system version or when the model is unavailable), the prompt is the dream's summary (or its original text if there is no summary, up to about 1,200 characters), its title, and its first three tags. Only if the dream is detected to be in a different language from your device does the sheet open empty for you to type a prompt. You can review and edit the prompt and choose a style in the sheet.
Apple styles (such as Sketch, Illustration, and Animation) are processed by Apple, on your device or on Apple's Private Cloud Compute depending on your system version, under Apple's Privacy Policy.
ChatGPT style: On iOS 26 and later, before your first illustration the app explains what the ChatGPT style sends (the description in the illustration sheet, as text, usually a scene description without people) and to whom (OpenAI, through Apple's ChatGPT extension), and asks whether to use it. Only if you choose Allow, Default to ChatGPT does the sheet offer and preselect the ChatGPT style; when the sheet holds the dream's summary or text it still preselects Sketch, and that text is sent only if you choose the ChatGPT style yourself. With Apple Styles Only, the ChatGPT style is not offered and nothing is sent to OpenAI. You can change this anytime in Settings → Third-party AI. The style also requires the ChatGPT extension to be turned on in system settings, and it is not offered to users of the China mainland App Store. OpenAI receives the content to create the image. Apple states that without a ChatGPT account OpenAI does not store these requests; if you sign in, your ChatGPT account settings and OpenAI's privacy policy apply. For this feature, the app itself makes no connection to OpenAI; the request is sent by Apple's ChatGPT extension.
If you do not want content sent to OpenAI, turn off Use ChatGPT Style for Illustrations in Settings → Third-party AI, choose an Apple style in the sheet, or turn off the ChatGPT extension under Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri.
The resulting illustration is stored on your device as a JPEG file. With iCloud sync on, it is also stored in your iCloud, and it is included in backups you export. You can delete it at any time with Remove Illustration.

Content leaves the app only when you tap Share to Another AI App, Copy Prompt & Share Audio, or Copy Prompt & Open ChatGPT (Copy Prompt on the China mainland App Store) on the Use Another AI screen and then tap Agree and Send in the confirmation dialog that follows. The dialog lists, based on your current choices, what will be sent (the dream text or transcript, the on-device summary, tags, the entry date or the original recordings, plus instructions for organizing it) and who receives it (the AI app you pick in the share sheet and the company that runs it, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude; OpenAI for Copy Prompt & Open ChatGPT; for Copy Prompt, the AI app you paste it into and the company that runs it). Tapping Cancel sends nothing. You can also preview everything before sending. It is sent so the recipient can produce the organization and reflection you asked for; how the recipient keeps and uses it is governed by its privacy policy and your settings in that service.
In audio mode, only the original M4A files are passed to the system share sheet, without any transcript; the prompt is copied to the clipboard separately. Copy Prompt & Open ChatGPT copies the prompt to the clipboard and opens the ChatGPT app (or chatgpt.com in your browser if the app is not installed); users of the China mainland App Store see Copy Prompt instead, which only copies the prompt.
Prompts the app copies stay on this device's clipboard: they are not shared with your other devices through Apple's Universal Clipboard, and they expire after 30 minutes.
We hand content only to the recipient you agreed to in the confirmation dialog. The recipients the app names are OpenAI (Copy Prompt & Open ChatGPT opens OpenAI's ChatGPT app or chatgpt.com; OpenAI Privacy Policy) and, commonly in the share sheet, Anthropic (Claude; Anthropic Privacy Policy). You send the content in their app or website, it is processed under your own account, and it may be kept in your chat history. Both companies publicly state that they do not sell personal data and let you choose in your account's data settings whether conversations are used to improve their models; we confirm that they protect this content at least as well as this policy and the App Store Review Guidelines require. For any other app you pick in the share sheet, you hand the content to that app directly and its privacy policy and terms apply. Once content is handed over, we cannot control or delete it.
After each share or copy from that screen, when you return to the app while that screen is still open, the app reads the clipboard once if its content has changed since the share, so it can import the JSON result from an AI reply; iOS may ask whether to allow pasting. After that one read, the app does not read the clipboard again until you share or copy again. Imported content is saved only with that dream (and synced if sync is on) and is never sent to us.

9. Backup files

Settings → Backup & Restore → Export All Dreams creates a zip file containing all dream text, organization results, tags, imported replies, original recordings, and illustrations. This file is not encrypted or password-protected, so keep it somewhere safe.
You decide where it goes (for example the Files app, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or another app), and that location's policies apply. The app keeps only the most recent export in its temporary folder so the share sheet can use it.
Restore from Backup reads only the file you pick and adds dreams that are not already on the device. It never overwrites existing entries.

10. Permissions

Microphone: to record dreams. Once you start recording, it continues while the screen is locked or you switch apps until you stop it, and iOS shows a recording indicator.
Speech Recognition: to turn recordings into text.
Files: when restoring a backup, the app reads only the file you select in the system file picker.

You can revoke Microphone or Speech Recognition access at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security in iOS. Existing entries are not affected.

11. Retention and deletion

Data on your device is kept until you delete it. Choosing Delete Entry from the More menu on a dream's detail page removes that dream, its recordings, and its illustration from this device. With sync on, it is also deleted from your iCloud (only a deletion marker with no dream content remains), and your other devices remove it at their next sync. You can also delete a single segment or illustration.
Settings → iCloud Sync → Delete All Cloud Data deletes all of this app's dreams, recordings, and illustrations from your iCloud. Your other synced devices remove these dreams at their next sync; the device that performs the deletion keeps its local copy and turns sync off. To stop offline devices from re-uploading old content, small deletion markers with no dream content (record identifier, deletion status, and time) remain in your iCloud.
Deleting the app removes all data on the device, including anything not yet synced, but does not delete data in iCloud. To remove cloud data, use the in-app option first. You can also manage iCloud data through Apple's iCloud storage settings.
Backup files you export and content you share with third parties are outside the app; you need to delete those yourself.
Because we hold none of your data, we cannot view, recover, or delete it for you.

12. Children

The app is not designed for children, and we do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Minors under 13 (under 14 in mainland China, or the applicable age in your region) should use the app, and related services from Apple and third parties, only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.

13. Your choices and rights

Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud, so you can view, edit, export (back up), and delete it directly in the app. You can turn off iCloud sync, automatic transcription, automatic organization, and system permissions at any time. For data you hand to Apple, OpenAI, or other third parties, exercise your rights through those providers. These services may process data outside your country or region.

If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we will also let you know through the app's update notes or in the app where practical.
